BOAT RAMP KEY EXCHANGE
The Boat Ramp Lock/Gate has been changed. For anyone looking for a new key to the Boat Ramp, please read the following:

* New Keys exchanged ONLY if your 2024-2025 CSA Fees are paid in FULL and you do not have any balance pending with CSA.

* CSA Key Fee: FREE

- Pay On-Line before exchanging key (Easiest Method)

- Pay by Check (Payable to Churchill Shores Associates)

* Key Exchange Dates (CSA Club House):

- Tuesday, August 6, 2024 (6:30pm-7:30pm)

- Thursday, August 8,2024 (6:30pm-7:30pm)

- Saturday, August 10, 2024 (9:30am-10:30am)

* Lost Key Fee: $50.00 NO CASH

UPDATE: In our Churchill Shores meeting on October 24th there was a planned vote on maintenance fees. This vote was to increase the yearly maintenance fee to $300. With a unanimous vote of the members, the maintenance fee will be increased to $300 for the July 2024 - June 2025 physical year. Thank You to all members who voted to make our community better. $300 is due by July 1, 2024
