NEW STORM UPDATE: Feb. 25, 2026, 10:30pm.

For snow removal, here is the latest:
We were able to get Morrison and a good portion of Mayflower cleared tonight so all homeowners have the ability to enter/exit their property.
We are also looking at the potential of seeing if we can improve on the previous clean-up activities that were performed.
The mailbox area has also been cleared so mail delivery can resume.
Thank you for everyone's patience as we worked thru this difficult task over the past several days.

In general, please adhere to the CSA Posted Speed and STOP Signs! We have children, walkers and bikers that we must be mindful of. SAFETY FIRST!

During inclement weather, vehicles must be off the roadways to ensure the plows have enough space.

* New Keys exchanged ONLY if your CSA Fees

are paid in FULL and you do not have

any pending balance with CSA.

* CSA Key Fee: FREE

* Lost Key Fee: $50.00 NO CASH

Any billing name and/or address changes must be made through the Town of Lakeville Treasurer's Office @ (508) 946-8801 as CSA follows the information that is on the Tax Bill; No Exceptions.
Mailbox Keys and Issues are handled by the USPS at 15 Riverside Drive, Lakeville, MA 02347 (Across from CVS Main Street)
