Road work will continue week of 9/8 focusing on patching of roads and painting of new speed bump on Bliss RD.

When: Sept 2nd through Sept 5th, 2025

Where: Bliss & Churchill Roads. From the split in the road at Churchill and Bliss to before the club house.

Be prepared as there will be times when the road(s) will be CLOSED to do the work.

All measures will be taken to minimize the impact, so be PATIENT.

The Boat Ramp Lock/Gate has been changed. For anyone looking for a new key to the Boat Ramp, please read the following:

* New Keys exchanged ONLY if your CSA Fees are paid in FULL and you do not have any balance pending with CSA.

* CSA Key Fee: FREE

* Lost Key Fee: $50.00 NO CASH

We have a new way for you to pay your current/past maintenance fees online. This is an easy, quick, and secure payment method processed through all major financial institutions and accepts all major credit/debit cards. No longer do you have to write a check, get a stamp, and drop it in the mailbox. NO CASH ACCEPTED. Simply go to https://pay.churchillshores.org enter your credit/debit card information and in the notes field put in the property address you are paying for. QUICK, SECURE and your DONE.
Churchill Shores Maintenance Fees are due by July 1st each year, $300 NO CASH. Mail check to: 19 Bliss Road Lakeville, MA 02347-2562 or pay online https://pay.churchillshores.org

Any billing name and/or address changes must be made through the Town of Lakeville Treasurer's office @ (508) 946-8801 as we follow the information that is on the tax bill. No exceptions.
Mailbox issues and keys are handled by the USPS at 15 Riverside Drive, Lakeville, MA 02347 (across from CVS Main Street)
